Karl is an energetic and engaging speaker. His presentations are well suited for after lunch or late afternoon as the audience will be attentive regardless of the hour.
The instructional method is typically a lively discussion designed for maximum audience participation and engagement. Karl will use examples and issues solicited from the audience to illustrate points and gage comprehension.
The audience should be seated, facing one direction (preferred) or round tables. Depending on the audience size, Karl can be floor level (preferred) or stage level with a lapel mic (preferred) or handheld microphone to be provided by the venue.
For audiences over 100 people, a runner with a hand-held microphone for the audience may be effective. That runner and microphone will be provided by the client.
